Arzu is an international banker with over 20 years of experience in Turkish and international commercial banks, complemented by 5 years in innovative fintech, particularly in blockchain technology.

Throughout her career, Arzu has spearheaded initiatives across EMEA, Far East Asia, and the Americas, focusing on asset management, structuring trade finance products, originating debt instruments, and executing business development with top-tier banks, blue-chip corporations, and government institutions.

As the founder of Aren Strategy Ltd, a London-based management and strategy consulting firm, Arzu advises C-Suite executives at international companies on financing infrastructure projects in EMEA, Latin America, and CEE countries. She coordinates multi-product project and export finance schemes with Export Credit Agencies and banks for transportation, energy, and water projects.

Additionally, Arzu partners with companies to tackle international finance challenges, merging banking and technology insights. She develops and implements strategies for corporates, start-ups, and financial institutions, focusing on innovative applications and global banking transactions.

Arzu holds an MBA from Bayes Business School in London and a BA in Business Administration from Marmara University.
