He also has experience working in global freight logistics and supply chain management. Brenton has deep expertise in strategy, digital transformation, fundraising, product development, operational design, credit risk management and compliance.

Previously he was Global Head of Trade and Working Capital Product at Barclays Plc, where he drove product growth, digital transformation and operational optimisation. He also delivered several large strategic business turnarounds in Receivables Finance, Trade Finance and Working Capital Finance for the group globally.

Brenton currently partners with FinTechs and banks to design cutting-edge customer experiences, products, and platforms, leveraging supply chain visibility, historical supply chain data and AI to drive growth, manage risk and ensure compliance.

Brenton holds an MBA from the Gordon Institute of Business Science, is a certified Consciousness Coach and Prince 2 Practitioner and operates as a Non-Executive Director.
