He is the founder of Fit4Bank.com, a platform and incubator dedicated to supporting innovation-driven companies in scaling their businesses through bespoke business plans, financial roadmaps, and strategic guidance (www.fit4bank.com) and sales execution.

A graduate of Bocconi University with expertise in Economics and Merchant Banking, Francesco is recognized for his ability to bridge traditional banking with tech-powered finance, underpinned by ethical leadership and innovative thinking.
