Lina Brooks

Lina has over 10 years of experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance, with 5 years in Banking, 5 years in Technology, and 2 years in Cash Management. She began her career in transaction banking at JP Morgan and Lloyds Bank, gaining valuable experience in Cash Management and Trade Finance before moving to technology companies Finastra and Finverity.

In prior roles Lina led various change management projects, including re-platforming, data digitalization, new product launches, and market entry initiatives. She excelled in process optimization and customer experience design, managing projects from initial engagement to IT integration, testing, and training.

At Finastra, her work included designing new Supply Chain Finance (SCF) workflows and business requirements to align with evolving customer needs, leading SCF product improvement projects, and overhauling pre-sales management by creating new reporting tools and cleaning up historic data.

She also digitized previously incomplete auditing processes for Trade Finance customers, revealing patterns in license breaches, upsell opportunities, and unpaid fees. Her efforts drove product strategy, roadmap, and development to increase product adoption and growth.

At Finverity, Lina established a customer success department to improve relationship management, standardized onboarding, and platform training. She worked extensively with the product team to re-platform the existing system, aligning it with market demands and prioritizing service enhancements.

Lina holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from the University of Westminster, UK, and certifications in Supply Chain Finance from The London Institute of Banking & Finance and the International Chamber of Commerce.
