Ambreen Hamza is a finance, strategy, fintech, blockchain, asset tokenisation, sales and operational restructuring and post-merger integration expert with over 15 years of experience in the financial industry. She has worked with large global financial institutions and also has extensive knowledge and experience in running a fintech startup. As chief operating officer of Atlas One Digital Securities Inc., she is a passionate advocate for democratising global private capital markets and building the blockchain ecosystem globally.

Ambreen's accomplishments include designing and implementing operational efficiency and productivity frameworks for Standard Chartered Bank with the goal of embedding high double-digit growth in income per head, over a billion dollars of cost saves, and subsequent reinvestment in digitisation and technology across all businesses. She has also led the management of corporate & institutional sales pipeline discipline and scorecards for over US$3bn revenue global trade finance and cash management businesses. Her responsibilities have also included leading the strategic financial planning and budgeting for a US$1trn assets under sub-custody and over US$30bn deposits business for global custody and fund services business.

Ambreen is an alum of the Fulbright Program and holds an MBA in Finance & Strategic Management from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, along with certifications in Blockchain Technologies from MIT Sloan Executive Education and Artificial Intelligence for Business Applications from the Wharton Executive Education Program.
