Aseem is a seasoned Sales and Business leader with over 30 years of experience across Asia and Canada, passionate about building high-performance businesses, teams, and innovative client solutions.

He currently leads the Asian operations of Factum Global, a US based international consulting firm that helps organizations expand globally. Factum Global Asia partners with customers to help them grow and expand, with a specific focus on Southeast Asia and India. Over the last 3 years, Aseem has worked with over a dozen MNCs and Startups advising them on market expansion, product management, customer acquisition and leadership development. He continues to be an Advisory Board Member for 4 Startups and is also a certified Global Leadership Coach.

Until recently, Aseem was the Deputy CEO and CCO for an insurance company, with responsibilities spanning across sales, marketing, product, digital and network expansion.

His prior experience has been with two international banks, ANZ and Standard Chartered in a variety of local, regional and global roles. For over 25 years, he lived and worked in 6 of Asia's most exciting cities - Bangkok, Shanghai, Taipei, Hong Kong, Singapore and HCMC, and held various leadership positions in Corporate & Transaction Banking, including managing global clients and products, developing and executing strategy, growing and transforming businesses, mentoring senior teams, and leading post M&A integrations.

Aseem has also chaired a 5-member board of senior executives to successfully restructure one of ANZ’s country business and convert it from a subsidiary to a branch.
