Iain is an experienced Capital Markets COO & Senior Operations Manager with over 40 year’s market exposure. The bulk of his work experience was gained in Post Trade Processing, Complex Trade support, Program Management and Regulatory adherence posts whilst working for Tier 1 US Investment Banks such as Salomon Brothers, JP Morgan Chase, and State Street.

For the last 6 months he has been working on the Lombard Electronic Market Infrastructure (LEMI) initiative as COO helping to design a new model for eNote issuance and processing, in parallel with helping Kaizen Reporting restructure their business model.

Process review, Operations Model design, System Selection, and Implementation have been the core of his Operations experience and he has dealt with all product families from Cash, through FX to OTC Derivatives and everything in-between.

Iain has expensive experience with multiple Global regulators; The FCA, NY FED, SEC, CFTC, BaFIN & ESMA over the last 20 years.

After competing his last COO role at State Street in 2014, Iain spent 10 years in Financial Technology with Finastra International and Calypso Technology, working as a Product Manager and a Capital market & Treasury SME in parallel with continued efforts in his company Fine Margins Ltd.
