Paul is a co-founder of East & Partners, a leading research, analyst and consulting firm in business and institutional banking markets globally.

Paul has worked with the majority of the market’s leading business banks globally over the past 30 years and has special interests in market segmentation analysis, payments, supply chain and trade financing and relationship management modelling in business and institutional banking.

He is a regular media commentator with a number of industry channels including CNBC, Sky TV and FT and has been an expert witness in a number of industry legal actions.

Paul has previously held senior consulting roles within the executive search industry and the technology research industry, working in Asia, North America and Europe with a global top five executive search practice and Gartner Group of the US respectively.

Paul’s educational qualifications are in psychology.
