Formerly the managing director for the Americas at Finastra, he reshaped their go-to-market strategy, achieving a 100% growth in bookings within a year. His global roles at Finastra and Calypso Technologies consistently delivered growth, key client relationships and transformative product offerings.

Pedro's journey began in New York, moving through significant positions at Jefferies, State Street Bank and Dresdner in London. Particularly at Dresdner, his leadership during the financial crisis ensured team profitability through innovative risk management tools.

His expertise goes beyond banking; Pedro has a rich history in manufacturing and technology. An MBA honoree from the University of Michigan and a BSc in Aerospace Engineering from Brazil's ITA, Pedro is multilingual, fluent in English and Portuguese, with working proficiency in Spanish.

Besides his advisory role at HUBX.CAPITAL and being an expert witness in a Libor lawsuit, Pedro balances a passion for travel, motorcycling, skiing, and aviation as a private pilot.
